Carlos Becerra

With a track record heavily entrenched in medical products innovation, Carlos Becerra is the visionary leader that drives North American Medical Corporation.
Since 1998, Becerra has been at the forefront of numerous ground breaking, non-surgical medical technologies.ย Having been awarded multiple patents, Becerra has innovated proprietary treatment systems in the field of spinal disc and pain management through IDD Therapyยฎ treatment on the Accu-SPINAยฎ System; and developed The RejuvaHeartโข treatment system out of his personal commitment to find a cardiology treatment method that could potentially outperform bypass surgery – without surgery.ย
Grace Becerra
Grace Becerra is the co-founder of North American Medical Corporation and has served as CFO since the onset. Direct multifunctional leadership has Grace involved in all aspects of the business from purchasing oversight to assembly of the equipment, and as Management Representative for medical compliance authorities.ย Sheย creates high performing global results by working effectively at the strategic level through implementation level of the organization.
Her solid track record of results and functional leadership across Operations, Business Process Excellence, UL, ISO9000/ISO13485, cGMPs, FDA/CE and other global regulatory requirements ensures the highest quality and safety of products.
Larry Rubin
Larry Rubin has been a member of the North American Medical board since 2008.ย
Larry directs the sales initiative for NAM corporation and is responsible for international distribution as well as domestic sales.ย
Larry brings over 30 years of sales and distribution experiences, as well as being an expert in medical exportation. Prior to North American Medical, Larry owned and operated an import and distribution company that served as one of the largest wholesale textile distributors in the US.
Gidgette Becerra Rubin
Gidgette Becerra Rubin serves as Chief Science Officer & Senior Vice President, North American Medical Corporation.ย
With an undergraduate degree in biology and psychology, as well as masterโs studies in business administration, Gidgette started at NAM in 2001.ย Her early role in recruiting NAMโs scientific advisory board was instrumental in leading NAM to establish itself as a science-based, medical device innovator.ย
Currently, Gidgette is pursuing her certification in medical research from Yale University while helping lead key initiatives at NAM.
Steve Johnson
Steve began his career in the U.S. Air Force as a certified Radiologic Technologist before moving into medical device sales. He joined North American Medical in 2007 eventually becoming our National Trainer.
Steve has been a passionate force behind successful clinic implementations, ย training providers across Asia, Europe, Ethiopia, and throughout the world. His blend of technical skill, educational detail and genuine care for our doctors makes him an invaluable member of the NAM family.
Cindy Pickman
Cindy started working with North American Medical in 2018 when she was selected to design & develop a website for IDD Therapy (iddtherapy.com).ย Following that, she continued to work with NAM to grow their digital presence, building avenues to reach new patients and to support the doctors who use NAMโs technology.
Cindy maintains her website design business and has recently completed a major revision to the North American Medical website at namcorporation.com.ย She is available to help IDD Therapy providers with their websites or SEO needs.

As CEO, Becerra has forged distribution relationships worldwide while running medical manufacturing facilities operating out of Georgia and Puerto Rico which are annually ISO certified.ย His personal commitment to having the healthcare system employ better, non-invasive therapies as the frontline treatment protocol has attracted the support and association of some of the brightest minds in mainstream and integrated medicine today, assuring more and more people will be able to enjoy the health benefits of progressive yet conservative medical care as we continue into the future.ย
