Why Choose Accu-spina for your practice
Provider Information
Demand is HIGH for non-surgical treatments that WORK
Are you looking to add decompression just to show your practice is current with the times? Or are you committed to making a meaningful difference in your patients’ lives?
If you find yourself in the former category, then you may find you are drawn to inexpensive traction devices re-branded as “decompression”. Such equipment may be OK to you if you are satisfied with offering your patients the lower efficacy rates proven for that particular device.
However, if you want the kind of positive patient-provider relationship vital to a thriving, profitable practice, then you need to invest in the science and technology that leads to the best outcomes for your patients. As a clinic owner you are both a clinician AND a business person; so you know getting the best results, gets you the most referrals.
Only the Accu-SPINA® has independent, neurosurgical studies performed on over 500 patients referred to have surgery but who tried IDD Therapy treatment on the Accu-SPINA first.
In that study, the Accu-SPINA proved to be the first and only decompression device demonstrating 92% success- even one full year post-treatment. That kind of success requires specific technology possessing critical device features simply not found in ordinary decompression or traction devices.
How Does the Accu-SPINA® Work? How is the Accu-SPINA® Different?
Intervertebral Differential Dynamics (IDD) Therapy® on the Accu-Spina® System works by mobilizing and elongating targeted portions of the spine while changing pressure gradients inside the disc using mathematically precise treatment forces. Our dynamic treatment forces are so unique, they are patented so that other devices cannot duplicate them. These specific decompressive forces promote healing of the spinal structures experiencing dysfunction. We also invented the first tower design decompression system for true-angle targeting and a proven dynamic motion algorithm, our sinusoidal oscillating logarithmic curve.
Our sinusoidal oscillation mechanism (Oscillating Logarithmic Curve ™) is what truly sets the Accu-Spina® System apart from the competition. As the Accu-Spina® gently moves the vertebrae and discs, it also provides an additional, unique pumping action at the peak of each sinusoidal wave to help each disc take in even more fluids, oxygen, and nutrients. These cell respiration precursors help surrounding tissues initiate their own regeneration. This dynamic technique (Intervertebral Differential Dynamics), has been shown in studies to promote a higher level of self-healing and rehabilitation to injured discs than any other decompression device studied.
MRI Evidence

This set of pre and post MRIs reveals a significant improvement after treatment with IDD Therapy®. The post MRI (on the right) visibily shows a decrease in the size of the herniation as well as a rise in disc height and hydration.
The results of a pre- and post-biomechanics evaluation indicate significant increases in range of motion, pain-free mobility, and even foot drop correction.
Our proprietary and patented sinusoidal oscillation technology of the Oscillating Logarithmic Curve™ gives patients an experience like no other, provides them with superior treatment, and more effectively leads them to long-term pain alleviation. View MRI Study & Case Studies.
More Pain Relief Options for Your Patients
Just Google “Back Pain Relief” and you’ll see there are billions of web pages offering information. As someone interested in the subject, you probably know the number of people suffering with back pain is staggering.

According to the National Institutes for Health, “Low back pain (LBP) is the most common musculoskeletal problem globally.”

The International Association for the Study of Pain reports that Low back pain is the leading cause of global disability. “Disability associated with LBP increased in all age groups between 1990 and 2019 and was greatest in the 50-54 age group in 2019. Approximately 70% of years lost through disability were in working aged people (20-65 years.)”

It is expected that 8 out of 10 Americans will experience back pain in their lifetime, spending upwards of $50 billion on treatments.
A Game Changer for Your Practice
Given the statistics above, being able to effectively resolve chronic low back pain will have more and more patients beating down your door!
The Accu-SPINA System is not only proven to relieve neck and back pain, but it also enables you to treat more than one patient at a time without increasing your staffing. With Accu-SPINA you can treat more patients with less stress on you.

Top Georgia Tech Engineer Names Accu-Spina® Safest Decompression Device!
Dr. Marshall holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from the prestigious Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech).
An unbiased review from Matt Marshall, Ph.D.
Findings revealed the Accu-SPINA® system for spinal decompression is both safer and more precise than the leading competitor’s device.
Dr. Marshall explains that a design measure is a way of reducing risk by removing the source of the risk from the design. He found that the Accu-SPINA has an important design measure for safety that the other design does not have. Specifically, the Accu-SPINA uses a motor that is appropriate and, therefore, better suited for safety vs. the motor found in the other design. (Other technology details.)
